  Joshua Chaisson   Joshua Chaisson is a professional server with 17 years of experience in the restaurant industry. After attending college for Hospitality in Colorado and working in several states he has returned to, and presently resides in Portland, ME with his husband Nestor. Joshua is a leader within Restaurant Workers of Maine and worked tirelessly to help reinstate Maine’s Tip Credit in 2017.

  Simone Barrone   Simone Barron has been in the service industry for 32 years. She has worked all over the country from the Midwest to the West Coast. She has worked in many types and styles of restaurants and held just about every position. She is also a founder of the Full Service Workers Alliance Seattle, a grassroots workers group providing support to Seattle full service restaurant workers.

Simone Barron has been in the service industry for 32 years. She has worked all over the country from the Midwest to the West Coast. She has worked in many types and styles of restaurants and held just about every position.   Wendyll Caisse   Wendyll Caisse currently owns two restaurants in Maine and has held every position in the industry, from prep cook to restaurant financial consultant. Wendyll has served on 16 volunteer boards since 1999 and is currently on two additional boards. Wendyll lives in Freeport Maine with her husband and has 2 children, and 3 rescue dogs and was instrumental in the tip credit reinstatement effort in Maine in 2017. She's a graduate of Ithaca College.

Her personal passions include her family, baseball (also holding a board position for the local little league) and spreading the TRUTH about the restaurant industry, the work conditions and the importance of a tip credit.

Her personal passions include her family, baseball (also holding a board position for the local little league) and spreading the TRUTH about the restaurant industry, the work conditions and the importance of a tip credit.

  Ryan Aston   Ryan Aston is a professional bartender in Washington, DC. He's worked in the restaurant industry for over 12 years, and he was active in lobbying to retain the tip credit in the District of Columbia.

  Jennifer Schellenberg   Jennifer has been a server/bartender for 17 years in various concept styles and cities throughout the Twin Cities/metro area. She is currently an employee at Northbound Smokehouse & Brewpub and was instrumental in organizing 7,000 servers and bartenders in the fight for a tip credit in Minneapolis. Jennifer is currently mobilizing the community in St. Paul for the same cause.
